Refund & Service Policy

Our full refund policy is being finalised. In summary: because you approve a fixed price before any work begins, there are no surprise charges. If we cannot complete an approved repair, you do not pay for it; if a repair is defective within its warranty period, we re-do it or discuss a fair resolution.
